We represent workers in cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, whistleblowing, drug testing, unequal pay, unpaid wages, and civil rights violations. This includes unlawful treatment based on age, national origin, religion, sex, gender preference, sexual orientation, pregnancy, race and disability, as well as violations of the FMLA. We practice in both state and federal court.
